"I ordered an "Underhair" wig from this company early this year and absolutely loved it! It's so lightweight and perfect for going out or relaxing at home. For the summer I decided to change it up a bit and went with a "Scarfabulous" in a brown/blond blend of hair. I got to pick out the fabric color, too! I was a little nervous about mixing the hair colors, but it matched the hair samples perfectly. I'd recommend anyone to try this out, especially if you suffer from alopecia. They have lots of different colors and styles, even wigs you can swim in! These have been such a great alternative to my regular hairpiece; I really love them. "

They are soooo cute and they look great on me. The hair is beautiful, but I think it is too blonde for me. I should have gotten the darker color. On line it did not look that light. But I can't wait to get it cut and wear this weekend.
It's not real hot out yet, but going to the gym should be great. Suprised I haven't heard of this compnay before since I am always on the lookout for new stuff, having alopecia for 10 years now. "I purchased from this company in 2008. Extremely disappointing in the quality of the synthetic hair. It's relatively inexpensive and the idea of a light weight alternative too a full covered wig is ideal, however it does not live up to merchants quality. Please consider twice before purchasing this product from this company. Spend a little more on quality else where. The service was okay but would not listen to customers complaints. Shame that, they can certainly learn from it and improve on their system."

"If customer satisfaction is important to you than stay far away from 'Hip hats with Hair'. The only concern is making money not making happy customers. They are not concerned if you are not happy with the product even if you call with in 72 hours. Very inflexible policies that will cost you hundreds of dollars. The last thing a chemo patient needs is to worry about a product that costs over $200.00 that they will NEVER use. STAY away from this company. Find a local company and deal face to face!"

"Use extreme caution! My wife purchased a hairpiece from Hip Hats With Hair and was not satisfied with the product. When she returned it for repair she received an angry, rude, insulting call from the owner. My wife lost her hair from chemotherapy, and the owner actually said to her, "Well, there are worse things in life than a hairpiece that doesn't fit"! (Like cancer?...Unbelieveable!) When the piece was returned and still did not fit the owner of the company refused to honor her own refund policy, even hanging up on my wife when she was pushed to explain her decision. The website is misleading, the customer service atrocious, and better quality products are available for less money from your local salon. Stay far away from this company! "
