"I sent in a pre-order for a Sega HomeStar Planetarium Pro on 11/24/06. The item was to be released on Thursday 12/7/06, with Himeya offering shipping via EMS at half the price of any competitor that I had seen.
I placed the order mostly due to the fact that this is the only store I found that had a good price and accepted credit cards.
The order arrived today, Monday 12/11/06-only one full business day after the release. I have not had a chance to actually "fire it up" since it's a Christmas present for my son, but the item appears to be in the original Sega packaging.
The packaging was fully adequate. The item arrived very quickly and was completely as advertised. To top it off, Himeya had the lowest price I was able to find, matched only by another company charging twice the shipping and accepting only PayPal.
I'd definitely shop here again."

"I've purchased a lot of import games from this business and they haven't let me down yet. They have a very large selection of games and if there is something you don't see, you have the option of asking to see if they can get it for you. They ship their items out in excellent packaging so no items are damaged. The only thing I might have an issue with is that the shipping is a little slower than usual, but I believe they import directly from Japan so that can be expected. All in all, great import place to add to your online shops."
