"I placed an order on 2/21/24 and paid through paypal. Thank goodness I did because I had to file a dispute with them because I had NOT received my order, nor communicated with them UNTIL I opened the dispute. When I opened the dispute they finally emailed me and offered to expedite my order/shipping if I cancelled the dispute. I did not. Their phone number on the website doesn't work, their emails bounce back. It states they're in California, but it is a Chinese based company. They are a scam and shady. DO NOT ORDER. They also say money back/refund, but NOT on sale items. EVERYTHING on their site is marked on sale. So this means that they will not accept returns. "

"First off, BEWARE the only way to contact them is through email. The phone number doesn’t work and the address listed is fake. Put it in Google maps and it doesn’t exist. This is most likely a Chinese company that has no physical office anywhere in the US. Long story short, I never received the package and they could confirm that I didn’t receive the package through package tracking. I asked for the item to be resent and they refused. I asked for a refund and they ignored my emails. Longer version: There was an issue with the address label and the post office was unable to deliver the package. I gave the correct address and they had the correct address but it must have been misprinted or something. The item was sent from Chinese postal service before being transferred to USPS. USPS, which was last in possession of the package said it was returned to sender, but the Chinese posts last update said it was at the post office. Hiipps told me to pick it up from the post office, but I couldn’t because it was returned to sender. They kept showing me the Chinese post tracking that said it was at the post office even though that info wasn’t as updated as USPS. They basically just had me going in circles. If a asked for it to be resent they said no need it’s at the post office. When I said it’s not at the post office they show me a screenshot of old info saying it’s at the post office. When I asked for a refund my emails were completely ignored. It tells you a lot about a company when they are using fake info so they can’t be contacted and be held liable. I’m sure they are operating illegally, why else use a fake US address. Why not admit you’re a foreign company unless you’re trying to evade taxes and lawsuits. Do not buy from this company!!!!! "
"So let me start by saying the first time I boigtt get from here I was scared it was a scam because of all the review I kept seeing online. But I’m subborn and still bought it. It came about 2 days late which wasn’t a problem. The best fit perfect and I can say I look snatched. I just order another today and accidentally order it twice. So I reached dispute what people comments were saying about them not hearing back. They’re e funded me the money for the second corset I bought y accident and also caught a mistake that I didn’t I accidentally ordered an M instead of an L. And they changed it. So my lesson here is people are haters and take chance. My stuff came. Just anticipate on delivery time it be a couple days of because of international shipping. "
"The shirt was OK, but shipping was slow, and the Return Policy is misleading. The main text of their Return Policy doesn't say it, but they don't accept returns for sale items - which means they don't accept returns for most ofth e things on their site, because the bulk of items on offer on their site are on sale.
That line about not accepting returns on sale items is there on the Returns info page, but it's several lines below the main Return Policy text. The Post Office shows the California address given for Hiipps on the Returns page as an "undeliverable address." I didn't try calling them.
Used the Contact link on their page to try and generate a return, and the Customer service reply was sort of condescending, but that could be a language barrier. Didn't realize until now that they aren't based in the US. "

Website says 7 to 10 business days for delivery, because we would think that it’s coming from California but it’s actually coming from China. Even their tracking app “Shop” is a scam because it only shows the package going around and around China And never making it out of China. Don’t waste your money don’t use this company.
