"Great products and outstanding customer service.
I had a problem with the product listed below, no doubt manufacturer's flaw. I emailed them and they immediately sent out another roll. Absolutely no jerking around. The new roll arrived within 2 days and was in perfect condition.
Spite the problem with roll of reflective Mylar I would highly recommend it due to the extra thick ply which makes it much easier to work with.
I've used the 2 ply which I bought from a local supply store and it was a total nightmare to work with, it creased so easily that I threw half of it away. It was paper thin garbage

"I have purchased tons of hydroponic and indoor grow equipment online, but you will not find a BETTER store than HTGSupply.com ! The shipping is super fast, boxes are plain-unmarked brown and the pricing is as good or in some cases much better than anywhere else. The house brand HTGSupply stuff in many cases is the exact same as brand name suppliers, but at a 40-50% discount, can't beat that. Best yet, about a year ago they opened HTG Supply store about 45 minutes away in Lansing MI, so if I have any problems or returns, I can not only deal direct with the internet squad but also take stuff back to the store for repair or replacement. You can call them and actually talk to a grower who will answer your questions, not like some other so called internet hydro-stores where if you are even able to call them, you end up talking to some chinese dude who has no idea about any of the products he is selling."
