"WORST experience of DIRECTV!!! I was SUPPOSED to be an installation in 3 rooms. Chuck, a scraggly long hair meth using guy shows up at my door without any identification and any DIRECTV van. I open the door to ask who he was and HE invites himself into my home.

He notices the two boxes sitting in my hallway. The larger one with the DISH wasn't even opened. He tore open the smaller box in the living room. Inside were two small receivers and ONE HD DVR 24( never got the other one). So we told him that the equipment was in the back bedroom. He placed the DVR on the shelf and plugs it in.

Then he crawls up to the attic, pulls some wires, comes down with the wires and goes out to his truck to chain smoke. He comes back without activating anything and says, "we're done here, I can't do anymore." I called his supervisor and HE acted like it was a joke. He claimed that HIS company stands behind their work 100%. Well this entire install cost me $29.95. If I want DIRECTV to come out to check it out; then it will cost another $19.95!

I'm totally upset about this shoddy job!!! I ended up buying another HD DVR 24 from Amazon then activating the entire set-up over the phone with DIRECTV.

Just AVOID this company and CHUCK!!!
