"I recently purchased a Nokia E72 from this site and received the phone only 3 business days later. However, the phone was defective, and upon contacting Customer Service via online chat, I was told that I would receive a replacement provided that I shipped the phone back to them at my own expense. Although I wished that they would have covered the shipping (which would have been extremely expensive), they truly went above and beyond to help my situation by trying to find me a better rate. They were friendly and extremely helpful. A pleasure to deal with. A+++ customer service. :) "
"I ordered a N85 from these people and i tried to contact them to see how long would it take for my order to be completed. I have sent them over 10+ emails and they havent replied to me yet. And the order status is still saying "Pending". I would never recommend anyone buying from them ever."
"Needed a phone quickly, mine wasn't working. Ordered from them & the only shipping option was 2-day. Not until a week later that I get an email saying they're out of stock. Thankfully, in the mean time was able to order tools from Amazon, they arrived in two days, and was able to fix my old phone
I really hate companies that claim something is in stock, force you to pay for premium shipping, then wait a week while "processing" your order to let you know it's not in stock.
I will not consider attempting to buy from this place again."
"Bait and Switch - I e-mailed them to verify that they had the black version of the Sony Ericsson MBW-100 bluetooth watch in stock. They assured me that they did indeed have the all black version. Once I placed my order, they said that only the silver version was available and offered to change my order.
The reason I feel this is a bait and switch is because the black version has been sold out for months everywhere else as the line of watches is discontinued. Anyone who has claimed to have it in stock has immediately offered a silver one instead after my order was placed. I immediately canceled my order."
"Bought a cellular phone that was listed "fully unlocked". Received the cellular phone but it was locked. Called the manufacturer (Sony Ericsson) and the representative said that it is because the cellular phone was previously activated by someone else. While the cell phone is Sony Ericsson, there's a Motorola book in the box. I DO NOT recommend this reseller for which I think there might be an employee over who might have messed up their inventory and activated this cellular phone."
