Vocals 9.0/10 ( not vocal oriented but the vocals are very good to my ears - both male and female, have a slightly warm musical sound )

Timbre 9.9/10 (like a good DD, no BA timbre in the entire sound spectrum)

Yes - untill you need some help from Customer Support!
No one ever has been able to find the package lost in transit in third county (think that no one even tried and i'm a buyer every 5-7 days for the last 6 years+! ). But Hifigo CS has done it in a day. I'm impressed how the solved the problem. And have no words for the way these people comunicate with his costumer, respond is quick, each costumer is "valuable costumer", no matter how much you spend. The are very kind and humble, some of my friends can learn from these nice people!
Hifigo keep going like that, recommend the shop and the sellers.
