"Ordered a car stereo with bluetooth through newegg and ended up dealing with hifiaudioonline. They sent the wrong stereo (no bluetooth). It took 2 weeks to get the stereo, then three days for customer support to respond. Now they will only exchange or give a refund after they get the stereo they incorrectly sent me int he first place back in their hands. (another 2-weeks for them to get it, then another 2-weeks for me to get another one)... They should have just sent me the right stereo when they already ADMITTED that they sent the wrong stereo... Even the return shipping label they sent me had the WRONG part number. They can't get anything right! I can't wait 6 weeks to get an item I ordered for my car I drive every day plus the risk that they will send another incorrect item. TERRIBLE customer service and quality control."
