"I placed an order on Herstar.com for a pair of shoes in October. My credit card was charged, it's been 6 weeks since that order was placed and I have yet to receive my shoes. When I contacted the company, I was told to keep waiting. The order was finally shipped 6 weeks later, but I was given a bogus FedEx tracking number. I've been working with FedEx to find my order, yet there is no package being sent to my home.

There is no "contact us" section on their website, I reply to the order confirmation email I received. It takes over 2 days to get a response.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL GET THE RUN AROUND AND IT'S NOT WORTH THE VERY EXPENSIVE SHOES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
