Rubbish customer service and delivery service

"Got an email from Hermes telling me I got my delivery plus attached a photo to prove it. Neither did I get that delivery and they took a photo of a random house.
Now a can’t do anything I haven’t got my item and I can’t get my mom back. When phoned them they had a robot on the phone instead of normal humans. Didn't get through just disconnected.

bunch of lazy losers

"i took 41 parcels to a drop shop, labelled as provided by hermes online. next day they emailed saying they had issue wrong labels, expect delay.14 days later they start to be delivered, they relabelled with a 3-5 day label, not 1-2 days, or the 1-2days labell i paid for.
i lost nearly £2000 of small plants, and had to refund most of my customers.
use these again? tell others not to also....
be warned, spread the word - this is myhermes

Worst delivery service in the world

"If I could give a negative star rating, I would. I ordered from Sports Direct a pair of trainers as a Christmas present for my son on the 18th of December - delivery is through Hermes. On the 23rd Dec, I received a confirmation email from Hermes saying it had been delivered to the Hermes drop off location (shop). I went in and nothing there. I went in the next day and nothing. At 5pm, I had no choice on 24th Dec to go into a local Sports Direct and buy a pair of trainers. I emailed Hermes CEO on 26th Dec regarding the disastrous lack of delivery. I got passed onto 7 different CEO team members and no resolution other than yes they admit that the delivery was late (eventually delivered on 27th Dec) but that they don't hold themselves responsible and won't give me a refund of the delivery charges. Can't believe in the 21st century, they can't be bothered to resolve the issue. They are the only company I know who gives you a different advisor (so you end up having to explain the situation all over again) every time and conflicting responses and still no resolution. For a delivery charge of £5.99 - I can't believe the wasted time they have spent on this rather than just arranging a refund straight away. Don't bother using Hermes - they provide a 3rd world delivery service - avoid, avoid!!! "

Pathetic.

"The absolute pits. Loose parcels, loose bits of parcels and also loose them and rediscover them again. The firm is run by imbeciles, tell me to claim for a lost parcel which I did and then they deliver it! by which time I have refunded my buyer, who now ignores me so I am out of pocket through their inefficiency!!! and they now ignore my emails .

You would not believe how much time I have spent contacting them.

How they are still operating is beyond me?!

"3 separate parcels apparently delivered to a “secure location”. Yeah right!

No evidence of them being anywhere near my property at the date and time specified and no one to contact. One parcel was apparently delivered twice!

Awful company. If they’re still around after Christmas, I will be shocked! Just awful.
