"Attempted to get support for a Hercules product that I purchased from another reseller. Hercules' 1-800 number stated "Due to high call volume we can not take you call at this time please use our support at us.hercules.com" Went to us.hercules.com and there is NO place to receive support. I called the 800 number a minimum of 30 times."
"I ordered both a video card and a sound card from shop.hercules.com and they both came on time and in good condition. I would recommend using this site for video cards and sound cards."
