"This Company is a fraud. I placed an order for Great Night Sleep 5. My credit card was charged with the cost plus shipping in February 3, 2014. The items never arrived so keep on sending messages asking for shipping dates through there Live chat (which no one ever available to chat) but never get any reply. Emailed Jeff Brown who referred me to live chat. email crystal but mailbox always full. I am disputing the charges and still chasing my money back. Big Big Fraud.

"The first order I placed with them went over fine, no problems at all. A few months later, I placed an order on 9/19/2011. As of today, 2/29/2012 I still have not received my items. The company stopped responding to my correspondence in December 2011. I called them, their mailbox is full and I couldn't talk to a real person because they "are experiencing an unusually high volume of calls". I just submitted a report with the BBB. If nothing happens in 14 days, I'm contacting my credit card company and reporting the fraud (items not received), since they have a purchase guarantee. "

After MONTHS of contacting them including one phone call where I spoke with someone who said he'd take care of it, I have never received my refund. I returned the item they sent by mistake which I should have kept because it cost more than what I ordered! I sent several emails and after weeks each time I heard back from a different person apologizing and saying I would receive my refund "in the order it was received". "Worst customer service and communication I have ever encountered. After 3 wks and no supplements, I emailed them THREE times and no response, no tracking number. Their website says 24/7 customer service. I called and the only way I got a real person was to hit the place an order option. I asked her where my order was, and for the tracking number. She said she only took the orders and to call customer service at 9 am the next morning. Called @ 9 the next day, and was told customer service didn't open till 11 am. Called back at 11:30 and AGAIN, the only way to talk to them was to use the order option. After waiting 20 minutes, a woman finally answered and said she only took orders blah blah blah. By this time I was irate and demanded to talk to customer service. Was told to press ext. 101 and got a voicemail. Called back and hit ext. 102, then 103, then 104 and BINGO finally a real live person in customer service! I told her I either wanted a tracking number or a refund. She then told me that my items were back ordered and I woulden't get my order for another FOUR WEEKS. WTF?? I got my money refunded and WILL NEVER order from this poor excuse for a company again.
