When questioned told, “that’s a different department, you can buy online and wait for them to complete the order”, then took a part back and sat back down. Ordered online and received email confirmation including phone number. Called it, it was the gentleman next to my original attendant. He reached to his right, picked up the part and came to ring me out. Beyond ridiculous. Currently in the market for a new 4Runner, guess what Dealership I will not be using."
