"Had I have read the reviews I probably would not have purchased anything from this company, but my experiences have been superb. If I ordered something and didn't want to spend the $24 to ship it express to the US then I just expected the shipment to take a month or so to get here. Helipal is located in HongKong, not anywhere close to the US. I have purchased four separate times from Helipal and each time received exactly what I wanted. There are other suppliers on Ebay from China, but this company is legit and got the exact product to me in a timely manner comparable to the price I paid for shipping. Also the company contacted me and said they could not send the products I paid for via normal mail due to Covid 19 restrictions and if I wanted the products I would have to pay another $11. I was a bit apprehensive not wanting to spend more and thought it may be a scam, but I took a chance and paid the price and sent them verification that I paid it and received the needed items in the mail 3 days later. I'm not sure what the other people's gripes are with, but I am totally happy with Helipal and will continue to give them my business. Amazon cannot match them for getting stuff out of China and putting it at my doorstep. Helipal has sent stuff every time using DHL. DHL is really on their game shipping. I also get daily updates on the products shipment. This company has my business. "
"Other than the terrible customer service and shoddy workmanship of their products, helipal reps (namely jackey lee) couldn't give a flying f**k about you. I've been in need of a main deck for my srd260 for quite some time and after several requests to helipal I receive a response that the part is no longer available. It and the srd260 have been discontinued. But they are still selling the remaining units they have. Wouldnt it be so easy to disassemble a particular unit to keep a loyal customer happy? Nooooo. Can't do that."
"Butterfly 16. Don't bother. It would of been less painful just to burn my money. Now I just have 2 frames that can't fit props that can lift it without killing a battery in less then 1min 20 sec. A flight controller esc's and motors I have to buy another frame for. So many props that will never fit anything. When I did get it to fly it was terrible and uncontrollable. Makes me want to punch them in the face"

Their product did not clear customs. I ordered this item months ago so I just said, don't bother give me a refund. They are saying they will not give me a full refund because they are paying for return shipping (note it didn't even leave Hong Kong). So my options (as seen below), receive a partial refund or they want me to pay more money to get my item the proper postage. Hmm, usually when you buy something from a company, and you pay for postage already, you don't intend on doing it again. Go straight to your bank and get a refund.

"HeliPal offers shipping options but there is only apparently one method ever used. The cheapest.
Unfortunately, this is also the slowest method. To counteract the negative effect slow shipping has on sales, HeliPal has opted to simply lie to customers about how long shipping should take on both their website and through e-mail.
By most accounts, they have not met these estimates ever and never possibly could.
In fact, their website suggested that my order would be delivered in approximately two weeks (consistent with most of my China purchases). To date (six weeks later) my order has not arrived, I have not received any tracking details and most alarmingly, when I inquired about the delay the HeliPal representative asked me how I would like the parcel sent!!!! Over a month later and they were still sorting out the shipment details!!!
I am now struggling to obtain my payment back. Do yourself a favour and skip these guys. Almost ANY seller on AliExpress is a better gamble than HeliPal."

"I ordered a Lilliput 329W 7" Super FPV single Receiver Monitor from Helipal, when it arrived it was in a box for a Lilliput 339DW 7" Super FPV Monitor w/ Dual Receivers and IPS Panel and when you moved it around something rattled around inside. It didn't work of course so when I contacted them they told me to make a video about my problem, WTF!. I told them I didn't have time for that so they told me to send it back, at my own expense, so their technicians could check it out. It cost me 1/3 of what I paid for it to send it back with Canada Post and I wrote the invoice # down inside the box like they requested. After sending it back I let them know it was on it's way and that is when they asked me for a tracking #. It turns out that after paying $55 with Canada post you don't get a tracking # so then I knew I was screwed. I never did hear from them again about receiving the monitor so now I am out for the cost of the monitor and the shipping. PAYPAL wouldn't do anything to help me either, so much for protecting the customer. I cancelled my paypal account and will do everything I can to get the word out about HELIPAL. I have learnt my lesson, now I will only by products in Canada and the USA.

"I bought a drone that was supposed to be setup and tuned bind-and-fly.
My drone arrived with one of the standoff screws not attached.
Once I bind the drone I discover it makes annoying beeping and is not set up to fly.
I'm not a technician, it would have only taken them several minutes to set it up and check it.
Now hellipal wants me to set up drone at my end but does not provide support or even a link to software I could do it with.

"Ordered a SRD-250 Type A Drone on a Friday. Received a sucipicious email on Sunday asking for more credit card information even though I paid through Pay Pal. Replied with the information only to find out nobody was going to work the next 4 days. Ordered on Friday, received email reply on Thursday of following week when they returned to the office, then they started packaging my shipment. In total it will take well over 10 days to recieve my order that cost over $200 in shipping. Worst customer service experience ever. Look elsewhere."
"I've made two separate orders with Helipal, one was the SRD280 racing drone (great drone) with a FPV monitor that was ordered on a Saturday, despatched Monday and was at my door Thursday. The second order was for some spare parts and accessories that was also at my door within 5 working days. Overall was very pleased with the service and products provided. Would highly recommend. One bit of advice i would give though is if buying a drone or any other flying RC model do yourself a favour and order some spares such as spare screw packs and spare arms as it is inevitable you will have some crashes and airmail from China will likely cost far more than the actual spares should you need them shipped later. "

"HeliPal has been a gem during my process for purchasing a Helicopter and subsequent purchases there after. My first purchase arrived quickly with no issues whatsoever. The batteries for the heli were having issues so I emailed HeliPal about the issues, they were INCREDIBLE! They sent me 2 new batteries and a new charger and asked to test out which ones would be better. I then sent back the old ones and everything was great...but then I broke my heli. I contacted HEliPal again to ask for help on which parts I should purchase, I had 2 people corresponding with me to get me help, and they are so thorough with great information! I decided to just purchase a new one but I didn't need the batteries or the charger so I asked HeliPal what I could do, 2 employees have been helping me and they are going to remove the batteries for me and give me a refund of $25 because of removing the batteries and the charger. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!"
