"Product I bought broke from in proper assembly first use. Contacted them , were less than helpful. 2 weeks of sending it back and forth with no new part , no repair no refund. Nothing but run around. Didn’t even send broken parts back"
"Bought the helicopter from them and it arrived. “dead on arrival“. I had the guys at the Flying Field have a look and he said it is definitely a problem between the transmitter and receiver. I sent it back for a refund. They said they “tested it out“ and shipped it back to me in the original box. I tried to use it and it still does not work.
I looked at my card statement and they refunded me one dollar and sent me back the original helicopter to make it look like I got a refund.
What a s—t head thing to do. I’m now going through my credit card company to get the refund I deserve. Don’t waste your time with these guys or your money."
"I have purchased from this company directly and through eBay. The eBay items seem to arrive quicker than the online items. When ordering directly, I have paid for 2 day shipping. The last 3 times the items have been days late arriving. I brought this up to their customer service. This is what I received:

The USPS is not a guarantee delivery services. If you want to be there by Thursday, then please use UPS 2 Days shipment.
I had already ordered the items. If they cannot guarantee that type of shipping they should remove it from their web page. I am out another $8 and some change. I will never order from them again and will be advising friends and club members not to buy from these people. Their business practices and very dishonest and misleading!"
"I purchased a Helicopter from their site and it is a complete piece of trash. I also purchased three(Pulse) lipo batteries from their site and each one has such a high resistance they appear to have sold me used batteries. They asked me to review my helicopter which I did but they never posted the review. Do not purchase anything from these people. It's obvious they do not run an honest business and sell sub par products."
"This company sent me an item with USPS that hasn't moved from Indianapolis for over two weeks. They won't give me an estimated arrival date, won't resend me another item and won't refund me the money. They want me to just wait and see if a miracle happens while they have my money. "Overall I would have to say I am unhappy with helidirect. They are a close retailer located in Boston, MA. I live in NJ.. Yet if I order anything Monday morning, I will not see the parts until the end of the week. Parts that I order from Cali come in faster. My last order with them was placed on the 9th.. on the 14th I called because nothing had come in yet, yet I chose Fedex 1 day shipping. To keep this short, their customer service was awful. On seperate occasions I have asked their staff for simple assistance on a product they sell.. Yet everytime, I was rejected because they employees new nothing about the product I purchased. If your staff does not know what they are selling, do not sell it! I have since taken my business elsewhere..."
