I received my wedding dress I had MADE TO SIZE by you, and after fitting it, I was in tears and didn’t sleep all night !!!
It is way, way too big, the body not fitted, just straight and bulky, everything is gaping, the lace is awful, and it doesn’t look like the example picture on your website at all!!!
The neckline is much smaller, the chest is massive due to thick pads The buttons are all over, different shapes, some are dented. The lace used around the neckline and arms is horrible and nothing like the example!!
The tiny sleeves in the example picture are inset sleeves and not just cut to the shoulder part, like they've done. It was nothing the dress I ordered, it doesn’t even look like the dress on the picture from their website
First they said it was me who'd given the wrong measurements. But as I had the measurements taken by a professional seamstress, that wasn't the problem. Then they offered me a 15% refund and advised me to go to a local tailor to have it adjusted, which I rejected.
Following they offered me a 30% refund or a 70% discount voucher for my next purchase. Like I’m ever going to buy from them again…..NO WAY!!!!
Just realise, if you are considering ordering from HEBEOS…..they don’t make, what they show on their website, you won’t get what you order, the customer service is appalling and in the end it will cost you more money than you would have spent buying something from a proper shop.
I did check the reviews before I ordered and thought it couldn’t be that bad, so I took the risk. But please do belief the reviews as it is really really really BAD
Turns out, we are entitled to a full refund under the 1978 Sale of Goods Act. I have quoted this and told them I’ll seek legal advice

The Sale of Goods Act states that goods delivered or sold must be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Fit for purpose means that the goods will provide the benefit or meet the purpose advertised by the seller.

Under The Consumer Rights Act 2015 and The Sale of Goods Act 1979 (for purchases made before 1 October 2015) the law says that any goods you buy must be: Of satisfactory quality; Fit for any particular purpose made known to the seller; and. As described.

"If you are not a mannequin, do not order any of the dresses. I order one dress from them, and unfortunately didn't fit me well. I request a refund and I was asked for evidence that the dress is not fitting me well. I even went to a professional tailor to see if she can make on my body, and unfortunately was nothing to be done. Therefore after 5 days of delivery I request to return the dress and refund, but the answers from Hebeos was a voucher of only 70% of the value, which I can use for other dress from there Website and which will not fit me... practically to close my mouth. I nicely declined that offer, based on the previous experience and after I send them pictures to justify my refund request. Unfortunately they don't care that the normal people are not having the mannequin sizes. They are not answering on my email and they definitely didn't give me the opportunity to receive my refund.
Please save your money, time and energy... they are way better company in UK from where you can receive a proper customer service and your refund as pe UK law.
On the attached pictures you can see the Hebeos explenation, if you as a customer will be happy with that then go for it and waist your money."

"I bought my prom dress in the custom size option and everything fitted perfect. The only very minor issue was that the sleeves were too big so I had to get about an inch taken off each side. Besides that everything was flawless. I love that the dress had hidden pockets. I got many compliments throughout the night."

"I LOVE my dress and hands down give it 5 stars. I ordered this dress for a formal masquerade ball and I was the BELL of the BALL!!! I stood out in a good way and received numerous compliments all night long. Although my dress was custom and I sent in my measurements it was still a little big in the bust and waist area as well as too long even with very high heels. I went and got more alterations; however, it was still well Worth It. The dress was absolutely BEAUTIFUL from the overall design (details of the lace, tulle, open back) to the quality of materials used. I really like the fact that my dress was “custom” and made to order just for me.
It looks as if other reviews show that the bust area was too big as well. As an alternative next time, I will submit bust and waist measurements that are smaller than what my measurements are to ensure proper fitting. I will also ask for the length given my heels to be shorter than 5cm to elevate any additional costs for alterations. If your dress is custom please order the dress at least a month in advance of your event. I ordered my dress a month in advance and it wasn’t delivered when promised, however it was delivered a week before my event. Please allow yourself time to get any additional alterations needed as well as allow yourself time to inspect the dress upon arrival.
I am very skeptical about ordering clothing online in general because unfortunately you don’t know if what you see you will actually get. WELL DONE to the designers and tailors at Hebeos! I was very pleased and they made a “believer out of me.” During the ball both women and men asked where I purchased my dress so I was giving out the Hebeos website all night. The next day people were still asking me to give them the Hebeos website for upcoming proms, pageants, fashion shows, balls, weddings as well as other events.
Hebeos I am now a loyal customer of yours FOREVER!"
