"I am very disappointed in my recent dress purchase. The color of the top side of the dress doesn’t match with the color of the dress, it looks yellow, not even tan color. The seams of the dress are also very thick and they look very yellow over my skin. You can also tell how the size of the sleeves don’t match the size of the dress. I am very upset about this since I did have high hopes on this purchase. When I claimed to return it they answered:

"The gown has a nice shape, the material is thin and lightweight, but also so thin that the seams show from the lining underneath. The dress does not puff out at the bottom as it appears in the image. It falls flat. The dress will need additional tailoring in order to look like the image on the site. There is a large seam near the bottom where the dress flows outward."

"I ordered my dress which looked elegant online. When i received it, it looked NOTHING like what was promised. It literally looked like a dish towel with sequins sewed on it. It fit terribly even though my measurements were exact with what was ordered. I google image reversed searched the advertised photos and found the original dress sold on another website for 3/4 of the price on Hebeos. The dress was supposed to be made with polyester not whatever stretchy heavy material they made this out of.
I tried submitting a return request several times through their website and continuously received “unable to submit”.
Sent an email to support and the most they offer me is 30% discount on the dress. Shipping into return it is phenomenal.
They don’t read my replies, simply sends me a copy and paste reply.
Hoping my credit card company will help.
