"HEATSINK FACTORY IS A RIP-OFF!!!....I ordered an Anti-Static Mod Mat from them and they recieved my money & sent me an e-mail confirming the purchase. I should of became suspicious when the e-mail didn't contain a tracking #, but I thought they just needed time until final shipment was confirmed. WRONG!!! It has now been 2 weeks & still no tracking#, no product, and their phone# is invalid. They had no problem taking my money & just vanishing. Since I used Paypal I'll have to go through them to hopefully resolve this. Just a warning for all....STAY AWAY FROM HEATSINK FACTORY."
"Ordered parts on 2/19/2015 but have not received any items. Tried their "contact info" phone numbers but both are disconnected. I've sent numerous emails to their customer support email address but have not received a response. Lesson learned. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!"
