"My experience purchasing was fine.
However, My package arrived thrashed. There are multiple tears in the box and the part was sticking out of the broken box. A hard line bent at the fitting. The part was evidently thrashing around during shipping and that’s not a good thing for your customer.
This is an unacceptable shipping standard for Toyota parts and disappointing. "
