I purchased FHI Heat Nano Weight Pro 1800 Hair Dryer ($155.95) from HealthHairPlus.com which is absolutely dangerous to use on 05/20/2013 and received it on May 31 - took a while to deliver. Hair Dryer has only one heat setting and while using I almost burned my hair and skin. I couldn't use it for more than 30 sec. Called seller and asked for exchange or return. The customer service representative (she refused to give me her name) said they are not making any exchanges or returns on hair dryers. Since item I purchased is quite dangerous to use maybe because it's broken, I guess there are should be some options to fix this problem. "
