"This is the 2nd time I bought something from Healthcare Supply Pros based in Texas. After paying $15 extra for express shipping (3-5 days) its now over a week n the email status I got said it wasn't even sent out til yesterday. I placed the order last thurs. But the best part is its not expected to arrive until wed Sept 5th. Even tho the product was exactly what I ordered the first time I will never use them again. I paid extra for the express b/c it was something I needed by a certain time... not two wks later. If you don't wanna wait a few weeks for your stuff don't ever use them. Ridiculous."
"This merchant should be avoided. I never received the product I ordered. First they claim to have shipped it but show an address in another state! Customer service claimed they fixed it a month ago and a new order was on its way. Never arrived and no tracking number given. Now they do not even answer the phone. I have left msgs to get my credit card credited and so far no luck. BBB report. Going to see if I can report to USPS as well."

Order was placed on 5/31 and supplies did not arrive till 6/16 and i had to pay extra money to get it here in time when it was the company's fault for the delay. the only good thing was Karim in the customer service area. he did all he could to help and kept me informed of what was happening. however it would seem the management team was not as helpful. I will not use this website again nor recomend it to any of my other healthcare colleagues "
