"Employees were rude, not helpful. Website gave confusing information. Told me to call the 800 number to give my credit card but nobody at the 800 number will take my credit card number, even when I give them an invoice number. When I email the trouble-shooting line, they told me to buy it elsewhere.I have deleted the rude email and lost the invoice number by now. The above order date is approximate. I don't remember exact date."
