"Although the report I received was fine, they enrolled me without permission into some type of subscription service. I got a monthly charge and when I called the 800 number a recording mentioned the subscription service but when I tried to get a rep all I got was voice mail. I also emailed them to get a refund and cancel the service to no avail, so will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company."
