"I received a damaged item from this seller as a gift purchased for me through Amazon.com. Despite an initial response to my email stating that the item would be replaced immediately, I have not received a replacement. My emails and calls have gone unanswered for weeks. I feel as though I have been robbed. This was a $200 item. "

"This company is only receiving a one star review because zero stars is not an option.

The item we purchased from them through Amazon.com was defective, but it was not immediately clear that the defect was related to it directly since it was a replacement part that worked in conjunction with a base unit. After contacting the manufacturer directly, we determined the source of the problem and attempted to return the defective item ... all within 30 days of receipt. Healiohealth failed to honor our request or return our phone calls because it was 31 days after they had shipped the item, rather than from the time we actually received it.

Integrity and good customer service is a key ingredient to maintaining a successful business. These appear to be a lessons yet to be learned by this company.

"Not a credible or trustworthy company. Check out their debatcherous feedback on Amazon.

They commonly steal peoples money, never deliver the product, and never make any form of contact. Credit card companies and places such as Amazon.com are consistently faced with having to refund consumers for the large sums of money that this company steals.

"Seller ran out of stock of the product I ordered and did not inform me until I inquired about it 10 days later. I did not receive anything from them at all, no confirmation email, no notice that they had ran out of stock, etc. When I inquired about my order, they simply said they ran out and were cancelling my order. I felt they waited too long and were not proactive to inform they were out of stock."
