"In trying to find some headsets for our small business, I contacted several companies and engaged via "chat" to try to answer my questions before ordering. Headsets Plus was somewhat helpful the first time around, but when I chimed back in with an additional question, they basically just told me "sorry, not possible", rather than offering any other suggestions. Kamika (Royal?) at Headsets.com however, did exactly that. When one option didn't work, she gave me another and in less than 15 minutes had come up with sort of an "outside of the box" solution for me that seems to be working great. We ordered one headset to test and will be ordering more soon. Headset.com should keep Kamika around because she knows her stuff! "

Great Customer Service!

"Within a weeks time, we had issues with 2 of our headsets from them. Identical units. Each time we called or emailed, they called us right back and tried to trouble shoot. Sent a new battery for one, at no charge, they even paid the shipping, and the second one, NOT under warranty, they sent a brand new replacement for because they could hear that it was not good sound quality over the phone. I will never purchase anywhere else for our company headsets! These guys rock!

"Will NEVER do business with Headsets.com again. Product broke within 2 days, another headset showed up cracked. Both replaced (by courteous customer service reps). One of the replacements broke after 1 day of use. Had to ask for an upgrade only to be told the balance would be $39. Asked to have that fee waved and she "guess we could do that". New upgrade shows up...no cord with it! When I was less than polite with Jena I was told "I hope your day gets better." An email to Mike (the president) netted the response of "I'm sorry we didn't meet your expectations". My expectations are simple: purchase a product (cost was $106..not the bottom of the line) and be able to use it. Basic expectations absolutely not met by Headsets.com"

"I have been so pleased with headsets.com. I ordered a Cortelco telphone and an Office Runner headset. I thought I had issues with the phone,but as it turns out, I set the system up incorrectly. I made several call to tech support and they always called me back with one hour and were very helpful and patient. It's great to do business with a company that answers the phone! "Wow... just wow. Super friendly people, very quick response to all my questions. The prices are excellent and shipping is light speed quick! Ordered my amp/headset system yesterday and got it today. That's overnight shipping for just $10 to PR! Absolutely amazing! My headset system works flawlessly. It's very comfy too. I am 100% pleased with the service of Headsets.com. "These guys have wonderful customer service. If you email, you get an answer in hours not days. They are extremely nice on the phone and they have a 110% price protection guarantee that can't be beat.

Their problem is that the posted prices are very high. Ordnarily, I would bypass this type of store. The headset I was looking for was $97 from them but the lowest price I found elsewhere was $47 elsewhere. I emailed expecting to be told they couldn't match the price I found because it was below their cost or not an authorized dealer, etc. To my surprise, they matched the price with the 110% guarantee making my total approx $42, a $55 savings from them!

So I would buy there again for sure, just make sure to take advantage of their price guarantee.
