"Great site with a great customer service. I ordered for a Bluetrek Metal (bluetooth) headset and it was shipped promptly. Henry from the customer service promptly answered my queries on shipping details.

I got the headset on time. But my luck ran out as the headset was faulty (not a problem of headsetking.com). Talked to Henry and he walked me through the process. Unfortunately the headset would not charge. Looks like tech stuff after all do have some issues at times. I am not a techie so I do not know much. I called Henry again and he issued me a RMA and now immediately. He is very professional and I would shop again with headsetking for they have a great customer service.

The support is so good that they remember my name too. I am greeted as a person, not a number.

Now they have shipped the product and I am waiting for the package to arrive.
