"I bought 3 bamboo/cotton mask. They don't fit, they don't cover the chin, and when we tried to tye it the mask goes down my face!. they are different than the one on the website! This is misinterpretation! I tried to call different times on different occasions, nobody answers the phone and I wasn't able to leave a message! I refuse to let this company to steal my money and I demand a refund!! People be aware of this place!"

"If there was a thin wire sewn into the top of the mask it would conform to the nose making a much safer mask As it stands it is a nice face covering but would not much provide safety from small droplet particles "
"The ear ties don’t irritate and adjust to my smaller face. The nose is a little pointy but helps keep the mask slightly off my mouth so I find it easier to talk. Nice quality!"

The material is very soft. I like the adjustable fit around the ears and that I can add a filter.
It took a bit longer to receive my order than anticipated, but the company was quick to respond that my order would be on its way soon."
"Ordered 4 masks, one child size, it was way to small and asked to exchange and replace for an adult size that would fit my 8 year old son. They responded with a auto reply and didn't even read my email. When the masks are $15 each and you purchase multiple masks, its disappointing that they don't acknowledge inquires and appreciate your business. They do not answer the phone so email is only course of action and its a dead end. I would not buy from this company or recommend to anyone. There are more places to take you business for less money."
