"I purchased a Raccoon trap from Havahart (through their online service Woodstream) and successfully caught an Opossum within a week. However, a few days later, a Raccoon I tried to catch had unfortunately gotten their hand above the trap door and unhinged the door.
I called Havahart and they said to be careful leaving a Raccoon for a long time in the trap because they were resourceful. I asked what might could be done and they agreed to ship me another trap immediately for no charge. They didn't even ask that I ship the damaged trap back.
I told them they had my business for life and I wanted to pass this on to all.
