Paid with PayPal, and received PayPal email confirmation - but no other electronic communication at all - strange. The order was shipped on time. I sent Harmon an email asking if the order was shipped - no response. Odd. Then I called their toll-free phone number, and was transferred to someone on the other side of the planet, whose English was a bit difficult to understand. That's how I found out that the package was delivered! (I used the USPS Post Office to receive all of my shipments, as I have a PO Box for my business mail.) So, maybe a bit off in the technology department, but otherwise, another good experience with Harmon Discount. (I have ordered from them before...)"
