Depending on when you order they usually ship it the same day and it usually arrives on time. If you have any questions they dont hesitate to answer them. I was nervous it would take awhile due to issues most businesses seem to be dealing with like staffing, supply chain, and shipping. The purchase went through easily. I read the FAQ that they would contact me with an ETA. When I asked a question, I received a timely response from a real person. They contacted me as promised when my order shipped. It was only a few days from order to receiving my item. I realize the product ordered and my location play a role in this. "It all started in the beginning of 2021. Ordered a set of rims online from hardmotion. Website clearly said "due to covid don't contact us we will contact you". We'll I didn't follow through on that. Messaged them a few weeks later. Nothing. No updates. Finally I get one message to my email from hardmotion asking "what size did you want". Wtf you have the order before you it clearly states what I ordered. Anyways never hear nothing back after responding. Month after month. Emailing and calling nothing from this company. About October 2021 I saw they had a social media presence and decided to leave a comment in there posts. Well what do you know. They responded after many attempts over months. And Iet me tell you the hassle it was to get a refund and the shady garbage they were trying to do. Let's just say all they could tell me was "rims are no longer available from manufacturer". Really! It took you months to tell me this. And refund because I told them I was getting law enforcement involved to investigate them. And here's the kicker after my comments on there social media pages. People started contacting me about the same issues with this company. Huh what a coincidence. Anyways I can finally say I got no rims and a refund after the hassle that no customer should go through with a company. Thanks to hardmotion I can take my business elsewhere. But also very upset that if they would of informed me way ahead of time of issues. I could of gotten the rims I've been waiting to get from another company. Unfortunately the rim of choice is no longer available from anywhere. Big middle finger to hardmotion. "
