"I got a message about a week after my order was placed that it wasn't actually in stock. It was on backorder and would take a few weeks but in the works. Ok fine. A little worried since you have to pay up front. Several weeks go by and I hear nothing, see nothing. I call and leave a message to please call me. No return call. I call again the next week after still no part and no call. I call and talk to someone, they assure me the online orders person Antonio will call me by 11am the next day. No call. I call again and they offer to leave a message. I say no this time-I'm not getting off until I talk to this guy. Finally get a hold and he says it got forgotten about and has been sitting in the back the whole time. They'll mail it right now. Doesn't get mailed until a day or two later. Finally arrives a week later and it's not even packaged, just in a plastic bag with rips in it. This part was a floor board piece covered in carpet, so it could have gotten soaked through. Not happy at all and would not use again unless I had no choice."
