"HomeAnnex.com aka HansgroheInStock.com aka Faucettrader.com is a horrible company. I called because I had a plumber coming during a renovation and needed a part (I called on monday, the plumber was coming saturday). I got assurances (A LOT of them) that the product will arrive before the plumber does (because plumbers are expensive, these things need to be scheduled well). I called every day to make sure that it was still on time, waiting on hold 40-60 minutes for customer service (if you try for sales there is no wait time, they want your money, not your satisfaction), until that Friday, and when it was supposed to arrive, they finally admitted to not having the product, and that they would get some in stock in 6-8 weeks. I then cancelled and scrambled to find another seller. Now it is 6 weeks later, and they still have not refunded the charge on my credit card. believe the reviews they are liars and cheats. Imagine how many people don't check if they have refunded payment. Any company that has to operate under three names is definitely devious, and after this experience I am sure of it.
