"I was so excited when I first learned about Hangman's products for mounting mirrors and other items invisibly close to the wall. I wasn't able to find the length of z-bar I wanted from any reseller so I placed an order with Hangman Products directly. The price was great, but that's the only positive thing I can say because I never received my order! The order confirmation I received said to expect delivery in 5-10 days. After 4 weeks, having not received, my order, I emailed customer service. I received a response within a couple of hours, promising I would receive my purchase within the next 4 business days. That was two weeks ago. Still no delivery and now there is no response to my emails. My project has been on hold now for 6 weeks waiting for my purchase and I am pretty upset at how inconvenienced I have been and at the lack of response to my recent emails."
