"I ordered a terra cotta vase from handhelditems.com and it was delivered broken all in pieces. I immediately tried to contact them and no phone number. What kind of company does not have a customer service phone number? I emailed the support desk as they tell you to do online and put in several tickets. This guy Mike handhelditems replied and requested pictures of the broken vase and packaging. Pictures were sent and he emailed Benzara.com who were the providers of the vase. No answer back from either of the companies. I went online several other times and requested someone contact me because no refund has been received. To my surprise, the online system says my issue is closed. Closed? excuse me where's my money? I googled Benzara.com and spoke to a girl and she said they were going to contact handhelditems.com since they are the company I purchased the vase through. Weird because Benzara.com is the provider of the vase and handhelditems.com told Benzara.com to reach out to me. I contacted my bank and put a fraud alert on my account and told them the sequence of events. Both Handhelditems.com and Benzara.com are working together and I suggest you stay away from them. Handhelditems.com listed a 1-800 number on google but it does not work and their website of course does not list a phone number. "
"Purchased a hot towel cabinet for the spa and after 6 months it is rusting and they will not replace the item. Very upset with the quality and length of time we have had it and it is rusting. "
"I submitted an order online, and realized I had already ordered the same item from another provider. The item was a large purchase (furniture) for $126.00. I immediately tried to contact the company only to find there was no phone, or contact information available other than a customer service ticket; to fill out. I filled it out, waited 24 hours, no response. I filled out another one... waited, no response... waited an additional 24 hours, and still did not receive any help from customer service, but have since been charged for the item, and now the order says it has been shipped.
Feeling frustrated to have NO response or assistance from customer service. From here on out, I will not order from companies that do not offer customer service contact information. That should have been a big red flag. Now, I will need to return it. Hopefully, I will not be responsible for shipping costs, as it is their lack of customer service. What a waste of time, and resources for many. "
"The CoverBot Thin iPad Air Keyboard Case and Stand is not a well designed or durable product. The case is flimsy and came unglued after my iPad air was standing on it for less then five minutes. The keyboard itself is ok, but I believe the icon to select different languages is in the wrong spot.
Since this particular design requires the iPad to be snaped into the case (not by magnetic connection like the keyboard/case designed by Zagg and others), you must have strong and sharp nails to pray the iPad from the cover every time you want to use it. You also need to pay your own shipping to return it to HandHelditems in order to be refunded. "
"Scam. Bate and switch. I bought a product based on picture and description and they sent me a different item. It took over two weeks to receive the item. I did get it day before Christmas but wrong product. The picture and description say with stand and they said a slit in the keyboard was the with Stand. What? I should have used reputable company. It would have shipped in two days and been 75 percent of the price of the item I really wanted. I even offered to pay for extra pieces. Customer Service was rude. Do not use this company. Takes weeks and they use bait and switch. "

Then I had to pay $3 for postage to send them the wrong thing back before they'd refund me what I paid for the product!! I end up $9 in the hole because THEY messed up.
