I couldn’t believe it. I had read everything and followed instructions. My product couldn’t be shipped Priority, which I did not select. It said it could take two weeks to get here, which would make sense, as it couldn’t fly, and would have to come via the road system to Alaska. I will never do business with this company again. They are rude and couldn’t care less about customer service. "
