HRO backs up sales with DELIVERY FOLLOW THROUGH

"HRO prices are ALWAYS competitive. They have "deep stocks" and offer items others lack. They stand behind their sales:
1. Texas store sent me an MJF antenna tuner via UPS
2. UPS LOST the shipment.
3. I made a claim to UPS--they ignored it.
4. One (1) call to HRO led to IMMEDIATE CORRECTIVE ACTION.
