"These jokers shipped my order by throwing everything in an over sized box (with no individual packaging either) with no packing materials. One piece of paper was in it. No surprise the plastic products that got thrown around the box and banged up during shipping were damaged. They act like it's no big deal and refuse to refund my original shipping fee or my return shipping fee. Super unprofessional and lazy from the beginning to the very end. AVOID"

"Purchased a costume from this store in mid-October. When I received it, it was the wrong costume (not the one I ordered). The one I ordered wasn't available anymore, and it was too late to order from another merchant. I contacted them and got an RMA. The problem is that it took nearly 6 WEEKS to get my refund, which is ridiculous."

"The company claimed the item I NEVER WORE was damaged and refused to refund my money. They lied. The customer service agents were rude when I tried to straighten this out.

I will NEVER SHOP AT HALLOWEENEXPRESS.COM AGAIN.
