The system for their online ordering has a lot to be desired, especially when I have to specify that 5 logos on an 8x8 banner need to be a step & repeat even after I spoke with someone over the phone. On top of the banner being incorrectly printed, it's got what look like scratch marks all over it. 0/10 will never recommend again. 0% customer support & service and 100% money skimmers."

"I order a banner 8 days before I need it, am never told I'm getting an email proof and it won't be printed until I OK it. Why am I proofing something they haven't touched?? Why am I not given the option for no proof? WHY AM I NOT TOLD I HAVE TO APPROVE VIA EMAIL???? I put in the "special request" I need it by such & such a date. So basically I'll be lucky if the banner I ordered with 3 day shipping will get her in 8 days. Also they completely blew me off on the phone. Go to Banners on the Cheap dot com. Half the price, I've never had one problem with them, and they offer coupon codes for free shipping all the time. And it's the EXACT SAME 13oz vinyl. "
"I had 4 - 4 feet by 8 feet vinyl adhesive banners made. I ordered after 3pm on the day before Thanksgiving. Their website said they would be closed Thursday (Thanksgiving) and Friday. (Totally get it) Then I called on Monday to load up my artwork (I had super large files and had talked to tech support about doing this). They had my artwork loaded up and my proofs to me that day. I talked to Makayla (graphic designer) multiple times throughout the day to make sure I'm getting exactly what I wanted and to help with the large files. It took a couple hours to get the artwork loaded up into their system (which put us slightly past 3pm - their cutoff print that day time). Makayla worked with me and got my signs put through that day and made sure I was going to make my deadline of Thursday EOD. Truly amazing and the signs were really great quality! Exactly what I was looking for :)"
"Very disappointing banner. It came with their "standard features" that was never mentioned on their site. So beware and tell them what you want so you don't get any surprises. Of course, by "approving", I'm now stuck with this crappy banner which doesn't hang flat. Absolutely disappointing! I'd rather pay a bit more elsewhere and get what I want."

"I just wanted to let you know I received the banner you guys printed for me yesterday via UPS. it came out beautifully! The colors and printing were really great and exceeded my expectations.
After doing my first banner with another printer and having it turn out a hue of green all over and being told it was my submitted file's fault I was a bit nervous to print it again. So, when I opened the banner you printed I was super happy.
I also wanted to thank you personally for going out of your way to both communicate with the printers and calling me to voice your concerns about a "touch of green" in the background. It really went above and beyond what I expected and I thank you for that.
