"AVOID! Seller advertisement for this item (motherboard) states that: "This board is brand new and retail and comes with everything you see in the picture above." The picture included the retail box, cables, and manual. The only thing that arrived was a second-hand motherboard. In addition, I was charged a total of $43.50 for shipping for three separate items, yet all items were shipped loose in one box with a shipping charge of $5.00. I was also repeatedly misled as to the shipping date which was ten days after the items were paid for. "
"Reseller advertised NEW OEM, sent badly used non working product. When I tried to register with manufacture I found out it had been previously RMA'd and scrapped. Seller knows the EBay and Paypal system well, dragging things out and making false promises. Ebay and Paypal do no like persueing fraudulent activity.
Seller seems to like to to sell a mixture of used and new, Used seem to end up with international buyers rather than in country."

I never received the item, and had to file a claim with PayPal. I'll NEVER deal with this scammer again. Their response as to why they did not insure the delivery was "All our insurance is done locally through an underwriter in town so there is no USPS insurance". What kind of BS is that ???"
