"Wow, I was blown away by how fast they turned my order around. With the customization I requested (Army medallion & laser engraving), I thought it would take weeks for me to get the product. Not only did they get everything exactly right the first time around, they shipped it withing 24 hours after I ordered it. Their web site was very easy to order from, too. I was able to choose most of my customization preferences right from the web site, but I did have to send them a separate email with the names I wanted engraved. It was an extra step, but a minor one. They got it right and delivered it fast, so I am completely satisfied and highly recommend them. A little more expensive than some, but you can clearly tell the difference in quality. I would give them a 9.5 out of 10."
