"In good faith I topped up a friends cell. I payed applicable fees and thought that it went through. My card was charged, my order showed successfully completed. I top up the same number twice a month.
The cell was never topped up.
Sent various emails and requests for a call back.
Received emails stating to check my invoice.. I did.. everything correct
Second email stating to call operator.. no mention as to what operator.
A few emails later.. given operators # .. operator in Cuba.. contacting operator would cost more than recharge
So I’m out communication.. funds.. and very frustrated!!
Do not use this service!!!!"

If the bonus does not arrive, they actually want you to call the country themselves and talk to the cellphone company to talk to them. They were of no help, I lost my money and the conversation was ended by the agent. LAST TIME I USE THEM"
