"My husband and I were at the West Edmonton Mall on 07/26/2019 around 8:00 pm looking for swimming trunks for him. He picked out 3 to try on. We went to the change rooms and they were locked so we as the sales associate at the front checkout if he could try them on and she said no because the door was locked. Then she tried to look busy and we asked what do you mean he can’t try them on? Then she says you’ll have to go to the back and waves us on in no particular direction (all the while her was down). We find the women’s change rooms and utilize those. We make our decision and head back to the front checkout and she shouts that it is closed (at 8:10 pm) and we’ll have to go to the back. This negative review may seem trivial to some but you actually had to be there to appreciate how rude she was. I will be calling the store to complain to the manager and I hope that she wasn’t the manager because heaven help us all........,

"I recently visited the Lincoln Road store.
I really liked a sweater that was on display on the mannequin ,they didn’t have any more on my size ,only the one that the mannequin was wearing.
I asked the store manager if I could get that one , and her response was that the mannequin was to expensive to mess it up !!!!!!

"I bought some supposed organic bras from H & M and the inside of the bras were polyester. They were Conscious 2-pack cotton soft cup bras. I returned them and requested my shipping fee to be returned because the description for the bra is misleading and I consider it false advertisement. I wrote them an email and never got a response back. I did a chat with the rep and she said they do not return shipping for any reason unless they sent the wrong item. Literally she is saying they won't be responsible for their advertising or anything else they are responsible for. "
