"A similar experience as the first review. I ordered a Dell Power suppy for a laptop. The AC cord did not even fit the converter box. I sent 5 emails, to get an RMA and have still not heard from these crooks! PayPal will not protect me because of faulty equipment. I lost $30.. Buyer Beware! The phone number that is listed on the whois for HWSALE.com is out of order.. no street address and no phone number on their site.. RUN!"

I received the wrong part and returned the part back to HWsale.com. It took 4 emails and 3 weeks for them to send out the same wrong power supply that I've returned to them.

I've lost my $27.28 for hard earned money and 3 weeks of frustration. If you are reading this I would reconsider ordering from HWsale.com"

I ordered a Toshiba laptop adaptor and paid extra for faster shipping and when it arrived it was the wrong item. That was almost 4 days ago and after multiple emails and inquiries through their website I have yet to receive a response, except for one email with my tracking number which was obviously completely irrelevant (I think it was just an automatic reply to the website inquiry unless they just don't understand English). Not to mention, there IS NO PHONE NUMBER listed where I can contact them.

This has been particularly frustrating b/c I really needed the adaptor ASAP and now I am stuck trying to decide if I order the correct one through another website and hope someone from HWSALE eventually gets back to me...

If I hear back from them and they correct the situation, I will be more than happy to update this review."
