"The Vendor advertised Windows XP Pro on Pricegrabbers in a Retail Box. He sent me an OEM version which goes for half the money. He refused to return my money until I threatened him with bad reviews.He finally agreed to return my money in an email and then didn't. The whole thing was a nightmare."
