"I purchased a camera power adaptor from HQRP and paid $6.44 for shipping. After a couple days, the tracking number they provided me still showed no signs of shipment. I contacted HQRP and they were very helpful and apologized for any inconvenience. They ended up upgrading me to FedEx 2-Day and refunded my shipping charges. I was happy with their service, would recommend!"

"After waiting a WEEK for shipping, this company sent me the wrong part. They refuse to overnight an RMA package on a saturday (early afternoon) or overnight me the correct part - they expect me to wait until I get the RMA package and "it becomes trackable" before they ship the proper part. They don't have a phone number and are very unpleasant. STAY AWAY!!!"

"Ordered a replacement battery for my Creative Labs MP3 player. The battery they sent was too short so it wouldn't work. (The battery wasn't long enough to make the connection.)
After 4 emails back and forth they have still done nothing. They just continue to request more information.
They asked for:
1. A description.
2. What was printed on the battery.
3. Pictures of the battery.
4. Pictures of the battery in the player.

I sent the info and pictures, and offered to send the battery back if they'd provide a prepaid UPS tag, and they didn't respond.

I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH OSPREY-TALON AGAIN.

Update Sept 30
Osprey-Talon's claim that I chose a replacement and could not supply requested info is false.

I provided all the requested info on my Creative Labs MP3 player along w/ pictures of their battery next to the original Creative Labs battery so they could see the height difference. They simply could not provide the correct battery.
They have since offered a partial refund and we are currently attempting to work out the details.
(I had to cancel my credit card due to fraudulent activity, so at this time the refund is somewhere in hyperspace.) I've informed O-T that I will amend this feedback when the credit shows up at my bank.

Update Oct 9
I have now received the credit O-T offered, but because of their false claims and defensiveness (See their rebuttal on Amazon) along w/ the fact they didn't offer a partial refund until AFTER I posted comments on both Amazon and here at ResellerRatings, convinces me they would have not done so had I not brought this to the public's attention, so unfortunately I can only repeat that I would not do business w/ them again.
