"this company is totally bogus! they took my money and will not ship my merchandise! I ordered The Michael Jackson game for the Wii w/glove on December 11, 2010! Hosmith immediately took my money and sent me an email confirmation saying thanks for my order and they would email me when my packaged ships. To date..I never received the email...the company will not return my calls, emails or respond to my on line chat that they offer. I am very upset because the game is sold out everywhere and Xmas is tomorrow! I do not understand how theses companies are able to get away with taking other people's money! This company has a recorded message saying they are currently assisting other customers or you have reached them after hrs. so not true! I have been calling them nonstop about my order! you can no longer pull up their website! I just want everyone to know...Never deal with HOSmith. they will keep your money too! "
