"Does anyone know what happended to this company? I just registed my Samsung LN52A750 and it's showing as "refurbished". I suppose the price was too good. This company sold me a TV they claimed as "new", that really wasn't. Now it's having some issues and HDHUT is nowhere to be found."
"I am very DISAPPOINTED in the amount of time that this store has taken to send me my HDTV purchase. As of September 30th, I have not received my purchased HDTV, that was purchased Sep 6th. I called several times, and was told that it had shipped, but there is no tracking information available. I do not believe this, everyone gives you tracking data, to show the location of where the product is. The site stated that the item was in stock, then HDHUT tells me that they have to make a order for it?????? I believe they are telling me lies about my order, because they didn't give me tracking info to trace the location of the shipment. BEWARE! I am giving you a warning. Better customer satisfaction is needed by this store's employees."
"I placed the order over two weeks ago with HDHut and have received no contact from them as to when the order would ship. I have called three times with no resolve other than they were going to contact Samsung about shipping the TV.
When I order a product that is listed in stock and that is not "really" there it shows lack of customer care only to get your business. When talking with their sales staff or customer support they are quick to get you off the phone and defer blame elsewhere rather than taking ownership. I must admit, like many others, what drew me to their site was the price. Knowing what I know now about this company, price is but only one factor. I would gladly pay a few more dollars elsewhere to have the service and delivery time frames met. Transparency is one key to any customer support, and this company seems to operate on the auspice of sell, sell, sell, at any cost while neglecting their customer base. I am sure if the TV was in stock the review would have been favorable, but when they give me nothing from which to work the review cannot be positive. If the TV is not in stock they should let me know when to expect it, or negotiate some other deal (add-ons, etc.) to keep my business.

"I made an online order of a 55 inch Sharp TV on a Saturday because of the advertised lower price. Called them on Monday to confirm the order. I was promised on the phone that the order is confirmed.
Nothing happened for a couple of days so I called back again. I was told that my order was cancelled. I told them that I didn't cancel the order. The C/S guy looked up something and came back to say that the order is not cancelled but the TV is on backorder now. I pointed out their web status says it is in stock. He said there was nothing he could do. So I asked about how long I had to wait. He said he didn't know. At that point, I cancelled the order. A total waste of my time. They had no intention to sell the TV as far as I can tell. The worst online site and customer service I have ever encountered. I'm staying away from this site and advise others do the same."
