"One star too many. They refuse to pay, or send me my iPhone 6 Plus back and they give the excuse of somebody committed fraud on their account, then they're having issues with PayPal etc. an employee named nick said he'd take care of be on top of it till I got paid still waiting! Close to 100 emails some ignored some auto replied with the same excuse. Got tired of waiting so today after three months I filed a formal complaint with the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center, a case number has been assigned. They've refused to respond to the 50 plus complaints in the BBB of New York and I've filed a complaint with the New York State Attorney General as well.
