"It seems like Marcus owns the company and does the customer service as well. Marcus lied about how the products are shipped, the fact that they lied about dropshipping from China when I called them out on it was insane. Just be honest. This let’s you know the quality is going to be cheap as well.
My complaints started when I realized it’s been over 20 days and I paid for express shipping. Express shipping doesn’t exist; express shipping is a way for them to take more money from you and deliver at “regular” speeds. If you don’t complain? Good. More income for them. They also don’t provide a tracking number unless you ask, that was another red flag for me. Why aren’t tracking numbers sent automatically? Oh wait, it’s because they use drop shipping software and create a package to be delivered so a tracking number is generated.
Once I received my I noticed it was just places in plastic bags and the bags were placed in a box with the logo on it. So much for “packaged in our facility in Europe”. Quality was terrible, and after googling, I know that returning will be harder, even if I provide a tracking number and signed delivery. I will be returning this with all of those and asking for a prompt refund. "
"I bought some bracelets at their site. I canceled them before they shipped them anyway, because I found out their "quality" jewelry is drop shipped from China. They sent me one order anyway. I returned the order, shipping cost for me was 13 euros. First of all, they did not want to pay back the shipping costs, even though I cancelled the order before they shipped it. Then the best part comes. Marcus (the guy who runs this) says my return never arrived and I won't get my money back. Stay far, far away from this thief!"
