"This was my first time using this store. I bought a new motherboard from them. They sent it in a box with no padding on the bottom. Then when I plugged it in the sound and integrated videocard did not work. I emailed them to get an RMA to exchange it and they told me that I need to go through the motherboard manufacturer. Needless to say I am not happy and would not recommend this company to anyone. I should have gone through Newegg and I would not have this problem. Stay far away from this company. I would not do business again with this company because they don't stand behind their products.

"Went to Guy Graphics' web site due to the lowest price listing I could find for a Matrox Triplehead 2 Go. Web site said the item ws on backorder so I called to see about availability, upon calling they checked and told me the item was actually in stock. I asked if they could hold one for me since I had to put money in to cover the charge. Called the next day ordered it shipped overnight. The Triplehead arrived when it was supposed to in perfect condition and due to their low price shipping it overnight was still cheaper than buying on retail. "All of the guys (no pun intended) at Guy Graphics were a great help when it came time to upgrade my video editing system. I had limited budget, and needed to use my current system. They answered all of my questions concerning which hardware card best met my needs and would work best with my system. Ended up purchasing a DVRaptor-RT at $50 less than any other price i had found.
There was a mix up in my shipping. I ordered on April 1 with 3day shipping. I called on Friday April 5 to see where the package was, as i had already recieved a bill, but not my order. They told me that it was drop shipped and they would find out for me. I had to call back on Monday, and once again, they told me they would check on it. Clayton called back 15 minutes later and said he couldnt get in touch with the drop shipper on Friday, but he had talked to them and a mistake had been made, but it would be shipped "Overnight" and i would definitely get it the next day. It showed up by 10:30 am as promised. Honest mistake, and they did everything they could to get the product to me as promptly as they could.
Overall, I have a very positive experience purchasing from Guy Graphics and plan on making more purchases as my needs and budget grow.
